Diversity Training
An essential element of JWAC's diversity strategy is to train all employees to enhance their awareness and understanding of diversity and the prevention of sexual harassment. Training is provided to new employees. And all employees, including leaders, managers and supervisors, receive annual refresher training.
Heritage Events
We enjoy having the opportunity to celebrate our diversity at JWAC and the diversity of our great nation. We assemble teams to recognize national heritage observances. We pay tribute to each of these heritage-related observances with colorful exhibits throughout the building, electronic displays, entertaining and informative websites on our Intranet, guest speakers, food events, and other celebratory events.
